Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes At least 5 years of history of diabetes Absence of wounds on the foot Neuropathy and inability to detect grade 4 monofilament using Semmes Weinstein Monofilaments No history of using shoes or orthotics Ability to stand and walk independently
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Need for walking aids Pain or discomfort in the lower extremities unrelated to diabetes while walking Foot ulcers due to causes other than diabetes Presence of Charcot neuropathy with clinical symptoms such as unilateral swelling, increased skin temperature, arrhythmia, and joint effusion
