Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalization in the orthopedic wards of selected hospitals affiliated with Tehran University of Medical Sciences Patients who are conscious and able to communicate Ability to speak, read, and write in Persian Age range of patients: 60-75 years Patients admitted due to osteoarthritis or long-term dislocations No cognitive or mental disorders No history of hip replacement surgery in the other leg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients admitted for emergency hip replacement surgery Patients who have participated in other similar studies

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety score in the HADS questionnaire. Timepoint: Before and after video-based training. Method of measurement: HADS anxiety questionnaire.;Fear of movement score in the TSK questionnaire. Timepoint: Once, 12 hours before the surgery, and the second time, after providing the training and 24 hours after the surgery. Method of measurement: TSK fear of movement questionnaire.;Postoperative recovery quality score from the QoR-15 (Quality of Recovery-15) questionnaire. Timepoint: 24 hours after surgery and after providing the training. Method of measurement: QoR-15 (Quality of Recovery-15) postoperative recovery questionnaire.
