Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: They must have sarcopenia. The candidates must be women. the age of the clients must be between 60 and 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The volunteer has a specific underlying condition (diabetes and cardiovascular diseases). The volunteer has been using hormonal medications and specific supplements. The volunteer has engaged in physical activity over the past six months.
