Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The candidates must be male. The age of the clients must be between 60 and 70 years old. They are affected by sarcopenia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The candidate has underlying conditions. They have taken hormonal medications and specific supplements. They have had physical activity in the past six months.
