Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Holding a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of nursing. Nurse working at Bahar Hospital in Shahroud Work experience of more than 6 months Willingness to participate in research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from a physical or mental illness that disrupts the process of exercising. Experiencing severe crises such as the death of first-degree relatives, divorce, and economic bankruptcy in the past six months. Drug use

| Occupational stress of nursing: the level of feeling of stress during the work that is perceived by the nurse and is measured by the Revised Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS). ), low stress (score 58 to 114), medium stress (score 115 to 171), high stress (score 172 to 228) is described. Timepoint: Measurement of nursing job stress level in this study is done in two occasions. At the beginning of the study and before the start of any kind of intervention and 2 weeks after completing the exercises. Method of measurement: expanded nursing stress scale tool. | — |
