Intervention 1: Intervention group: tympanoplasty type1 surgery with cortical mastoidectomy. Intervention 2: Control group: : tympanoplasty type1 surgery without cortical mastoidectomy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient does not have a history of surgery The patient dose not have cholesteatoma The patient has perforated tympanic membrane for more than 3 months Hypertrophic middle ear mucosa grade2,3,4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Middle ear mucosa in normal grade1 The patient has cholesteatoma The patient has Immune deficiency
