Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years old Being literate Full-time patient care (at least twice a week) Ability to communicate Be a first-degree relative of the patient

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from incurable diseases Simultaneous care for an elderly or other chronically ill person
