Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having the diagnostic criteria of Borderline Personality Disorder Minimum secondary education Age range from 20 to 45 years Not receiving psychological treatment in the past with the aim of treating Borderline Personality Disorder Obtaining a lower than average score in the self differentiation questionnaire and obtaining a higher than average score in emotional instability sleep disorders and anxiety sensitivity questionnaires During selection they should not receive any psychotherapy except drug therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not have other disorders on axis 1 based on the fifth Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) Diagnosis of substance abuse disorder

MeasureTime frame
Sleep disorders. Timepoint: Measurement of sleep disorders at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 2 months and 10 days after the start of the treatment. And two months later, a follow-up test is taken. Method of measurement: Sleep disorders are a score obtained by the subject from the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire (PSQI) by Boyes et al. This questionnaire is used to measure the quality and patterns of sleep in adults during the last month and differentiates bad sleep quality from good. The sleep quality questionnaire has 18 statements and seven subscales.;Anxiety sensitivity. Timepoint: Measurement of anxiety sensitivity at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 2 months and 10 days after the start of the treatment. And two months later, a follow-up test is taken. Method of measurement: Anxiety sensitivity is the score obtained by the subject from the anxiety sensitivity scale of Zinberg et al. Anxiety Sensitivity Inventory (ASI) is a 16-item self-report questionnaire rated on a five-point Likert scale. Zinberg et al. reported that the structure of this questionnaire consists of three components of fear: physical concerns, cognitive concerns, and social concerns.;Self-differentiation. Timepoint: Measurement of differentiation at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 2 months and 10 days after the start of the treatment. And two months later, a follow-up test is taken. Method of measurement: Self-differentiation.;Emotional instability. Timepoint: Measuring emotional instability at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 2 months and 10 days after the start of the treatment. And two months later, a follow-up test is taken. Method of measurement: Emotional instability is a score obtained by the subject from Gratz and Roemer's emotional instability scale.It is a 36-item multidimensional self-report scale that measures the level
