Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having symptoms of hip osteoarthritis. Having pain in the hip joint during daily activities in the past three months Radiographic confirmation of moderate to severe hip osteoarthritis based on Altman criteria Unilateral or bilateral hip osteoarthritis No other musculoskeletal or neurological disorders in the lower limbs or trunk that affect the individual's gait Ability to stand and walk independently for at least 15 minutes Age between 55 and 65 years Having a strength of 3 to 5 in the MMT test for gluteal muscles, hip flexors and extensors, and hip abductors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of foot or hip orthoses for the past three months Lower limb length discrepancy History of trauma or surgery in the hip in the past ten years Having any musculoskeletal disease or disorder that directly affects the individual's walking function, such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, diagnosed heart disease, diagnosed respiratory disease, etc. (based on the individual's report, medical record, or specialist's opinion) Passive range of motion in the hip joint in the sagittal plane less than 90 degrees Passive range of motion in the hip joint in the transverse plane less than 15 degrees Maximum hip abduction angle less than 20 degrees Hip flexor contracture greater than 10 degrees
