Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for the Study Based on DSM-5 and Research Conditions A) DSM-5 Diagnostic Criteria for Tobacco-Related Disorders: Participants must exhibit at least four of the following symptoms (moderate severity): 1.Using tobacco more than originally intended. 2.Unsuccessful attempts to quit despite multiple efforts. 3.Spending excessive time obtaining, using, or recovering from tobacco use. 4.Experiencing intense cravings for tobacco. 5.Negative impact of tobacco use on daily life. 6.Continued use despite social and interpersonal problems. 7.Reducing or abandoning daily activities due to tobacco use. 8.Using tobacco in hazardous situations. 9.Continued use despite awareness of physical and psychological issues caused by tobacco. 10.Developing tolerance, requiring increased consumption to achieve the same pleasure. 11.Using tobacco to avoid withdrawal symptoms. B) Inclusion Criteria: 1. General Characteristics: Age 18 years or older Minimum high school diploma Basic computer skills Possession of a smartphone with an Android operating system and internet access 2. Cognitive and Motivational Status: Score above 4 on the Motivation To Stop Scale Score above 26 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) 3. Psychological Status: Score below 17 on the Beck Anxiety Inventory Score below 10 on the Beck Depression Inventory Score = 2 on the Snaith-Hamilton Pleasure Scale 4. Tobacco and Nicotine Use: Heavy smokers Score above 5 on the Fagerström Nicotine Dependence Test 5. Participation Consent: Providing informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Conditions for Non-Eligibility: 1. Substance Use: Use of methamphetamine, heroin, opium, or cannabis (assessed via substance screening kits) 2. Physical Health Conditions:History of cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, or genitourinary diseases (self-reported) 3. Other Conditions: Color blindness
