Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with moderate to severe hearing and speech disorders The collaboration of the child should be at levels three and four of Frankel (positive and fully positive). Parental consent for performing fluoride therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of systemic disease Previous visit to the dentist

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of heart rate. Timepoint: Immediately before, during, and immediately after treatment. Method of measurement: Finger pulse oximeter.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure level. Timepoint: Immediately before, during, and immediately after treatment. Method of measurement: Sphygmomanometer for pediatric patients.;Facial expression recognition using a visual analog scale (VAS). Timepoint: Immediately before, during, and immediately after treatment. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale (VAS).
