Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for primary septorhinoplasty using the open approach, with a visibly deviated nasal appearance in the preoperative frontal photograph. Age 18 to 60 years Absence of systemic bone diseases such as osteoporosis No history of systemic medications that interfere with bone metabolism, such as corticosteroids or thiazide diuretics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: S-shaped deviation of the nose Suffering from systemic diseases of bone Use of medications that interfere with bone metabolism

MeasureTime frame
The degree of correction of nasal deviation in each osteotomy technique. Timepoint: The relative degree of correction of nasal deviation 6 months after rhinoplasty surgery. Method of measurement: Six months after surgery, patients in the three groups were evaluated by an independent surgeon, and the degree of nasal deviation correction (or residual deviation) was assessed by them. The results were qualitatively categorized into four groups: 1: Worsening, 2: No change, 3: Partial correction, 4: Complete correction.
