Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Co-residence of mother and child No history of illness, psychiatric disorders, or accidents resulting in severe physical or psychological harm among participating mothers No serious emotional problems or major family crises (such as divorce, death of first-degree relatives, etc.) Minimum maternal education level: completion of primary school Mothers participating in the study must not have previously attended similar psychological intervention programs before joining the resilience training sessions Full access to a smartphone Ability to send and read messages via smartphone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers who, in addition to a child with Down syndrome, are also responsible for caring for a child or children with chronic illnesses or other special conditions, including diabetes, autism, and cancer.
