Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not undergoing parallel psychological or psychiatric training and not suffering from any mental, mental disorders or being treated. Desire and satisfaction of self and parents to participate in the research Studying in school Age above 10 years and below 13 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking psychiatric medications

MeasureTime frame
Class-related fatigue. Timepoint: Measuring of Class-related fatigue at the beginning of the intervention (before the intervention), immediately and 1 month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Achievement Emotion Questionnaire (AEQ).;Learning-related fatigue. Timepoint: Measuring of Learning-related fatigue at the beginning of the intervention (before the intervention), immediately and 1 month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Achievement Emotion Questionnaire (AEQ).
