Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness of the patient to participate in the study Patients who are in group I and II according to ASA classification Patients in the age range of 20-60 years, are candidates for laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were not interested in participating in the study, and had a history of abdominal surgeries Patients with heart, vascular, lung, kidney and inflammatory diseases of the shoulder (including rheumatoid arthritis or a history of shoulder trauma) also have a history of shoulder surgery Patients who are indicated for laparotomy due to damage to the bile ducts, other internal organs, or severe bleeding. Patients who are addicted to sedatives or other opioids Pregnant and lactating patients Patients with BMI above 40 Patients whose operation duration is more than 2 hours Patients whose surgery has been changed from laparoscopy to laparotomy for various reasons, or who suffer from bronchospasm, anaphylactic shock, or difficult intubation will also be excluded from this study Patients who are allergic to normal saline serum Patients who have a history of mental and nervous problems
