Inclusion criteria: Possession of nursing education Completing the orientation course in relevant ward

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Job abandonment or transfer of personnel to other wards or hospitals during the course of the research Medical leave during the implementation of the intervention More than two absences in training sessions Failure to complete %20 of questionnaires
