Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complete the informed consent form Iranian The age of the woman is in the range of 18-35 years Gestational age 42 - 37 full weeks First or second gravid Natural delivery with 1st and 2nd degree episiotomy (mid-lateral episiotomy without tearing, 3-5 cm long) Acceptance of the mother in the active phase of labor (dilation 3-4 cm, having regular uterine contractions The weight of the fetus is 2500-4000 grams Body mass index: 19.8-29 kg/m2 (before pregnancy to 12 weeks of pregnancy) Having a live, singleton and cephalic fetus Use zero and two zero vicryl thread Use of 2% lidocaine anesthesia Using normal saline serum to wash the wound after episiotomy repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grade 3 and 4 tears Using forceps or vacuum during childbirth Having symptoms of vaginal infection at the beginning of admission (smelling discharge, burning, itching...) Rupture of water bag for more than 18 hours Anemia or thrombocytopenia The presence of lesions on the anus, perineum, or history of repair surgery on the vagina and perineum, severe cystocele and rectocele. Use of drugs and tobacco (cigarettes and hookah) according to the mother's statement Taking drugs effective on wound healing by the mother (such as anticoagulants, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy) Having a genital skin disease (such as genital warts, soft lymphogranuloma, vestibulitis syndrome, inflammatory lesions of the vulva, condyloma acuminata, dystrophy of the vulva, etc.) Suffering from diseases that interfere with wound healing (chronic systemic heart, kidney, lung diseases, connective tissue disorders, diabetes, Anemia, mental illness, hemophilia and malnutrition) Having an allergy to cinnamon cream after an allergy test in the forearm area of ??Zao's hand

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain intensity and healing process of episiotomy wound. Timepoint: 4 and 10 days after delivery. Method of measurement: The rate of wound healing and pain intensity of the participants will be measured and recorded based on the Rida criteria and visual pain adjustment scale(VAS) on the fourth and tenth days after delivery by the researcher in the lithotomy position.
