Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Candidate patients for coronary artery bypass surgery who have referred to Amir El Munin Medical Center for elective coronary artery bypass surgery with informed consent. 2- Patients who are candidates for open heart surgery who have only referred for coronary artery bypass surgery and are not candidates for heart valve repair or replacement or heart wall repair. 3-Candidates for coronary artery bypass surgery who have EF>30. 4- Absence of lung, kidney, hematological and... 5- The patient's routine and preliminary tests have been obtained and there are no contraindications or problems related to heart surgery. 6- Absence of defects in the patient's PFT. 7- No history of CVA or cerebrovascular accidents in the patient. 8- Absence of stenosis in the patient's carotid artery, which has been proven by Doppler ultrasound before preparing for the operation. 9- The length of surgery should be between 5-6 hours. 10-Perform coronary artery bypass surgery in the on-pump manner. 11- The age range of patients who are candidates for coronary artery bypass surgery should be between 30-75 years.
