Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children aged 3-18 years with acute kidney injury admitted to Amirkabir Hospital, Arak Filling out the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: post renal acute kidney injury Lack of confidence in the patient taking medications correctly

MeasureTime frame
Assessing kidney function with glomerular filtration rate. Timepoint: Glomerular filtration rate measurement at the beginning of the study and 2, 4, and 6 days after entering the study. Method of measurement: blood sample.
