Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: The intervention group will receive an SMS message during 10 weeks at 8 am and 8 pm on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays, which will receive a total of 60 SMS mess

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregiver is at least 18 years Care of a patient who has been treated with hemodialysis for at least 3 months Have the ability to understand Persian The patient under care has not received a kidney transplant The caregiver does not receive any salary for caring for the patient Having the ability to answer questions and participating in educational sessions Having a mobile phone and being familiar with the use of text message service Having Reading and Writing literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contracting any disease that interferes with the research process Any cognitive, listening and speaking impairment

Caregiver burden (pressure). Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the end of the intervention, 2 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Caregiver Burden Questionnaire in Family Caregivers of Hemodialysis Patients.;Resilience. Timepoint: Before starting the intervention, immediately after the end of the intervention, 2 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Connor-Davidson resilience scale.
