Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range of 18-30 years sufficient literacy wisdom tooth with mesio angular impaction and the same degree of difficulty hard tissue surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients Existence of systemic drug interaction with the two drugs considered in this study Taking psychological drugs The presence of teeth with symptoms of pulpitis or necrosis in the patient's mouth smoking Drug abuse Pregnant and lactating women
