Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>18 Ventilator-associated pneumonia Respiratory secretions culture result, Acinetobacter Mechanical ventilation for 48 hours or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Polymicrobial ventilator-associated pneumonia Need for other gram-negative antibiotics for treatment Ventilator-associated pneumonia without microbiological findings

MeasureTime frame
Body temperature. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and on days 3 and 6 after the start of treatment. Method of measurement: Thermometer.;Serum creatinine level. Timepoint: Start of treatment and days of hospitalization. Method of measurement: CBC.;Time to wean from ventilator. Timepoint: With the start of treatment and daily check-ups. Method of measurement: Normalization of breathing rate and reduction of body temperature.
