Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age>18 Ventilator-associated pneumonia Respiratory secretions culture result, Acinetobacter Mechanical ventilation for 48 hours or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Polymicrobial ventilator-associated pneumonia Need for other gram-negative antibiotics for treatment Ventilator-associated pneumonia without microbiological findings
