Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with physical activity in the age range of 20 to 50 years meniscal tears horizontal and longitudinal oblique and radial meniscal tears along with anterior cruciate ligament tears
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with inflammatory arthritis synovitis rheumatism infection degenerative and complex tears multiple ligament injuries and meniscal tears with any ligament injury other than the anterior cruciate ligament
