Intervention 1: Intervention group: For patients in this group, a phage mixture prepared at the Pharmacy School, which can be used in the form of a spray, will be applied to the wound site once a day

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with diabetic foot ulcer Ulcers should be in grades 3 or 4 according to the Wagner classification
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Arterial ischemia in the limb with ulcer. Patient can't refer daily for bacteriophage application.
