Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Age =60 years• Ability to communicate with the researcher• Obtaining a minimum score of 7 on the Short Cognitive Questionnaire (brief mental test)• Able to follow simple instructions and participate in easy and simple activities• Ability to engage in assessment and intervention• Adequate coordination, motor and perceptual ability to work• Criteria will be reviewed by the researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:• Visual and hearing impairment to the extent that it interferes with activity. Attrition criteria:• Participants who missed 5 sessions.• Withdrawal from the study• Death• Illness• Hospitalization
