Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 18 to 45 years Having high scores on depression and anxiety scales Not receiving concurrent psychological or similar medication during the study Willingness and commitment to participate in all intervention sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a severe psychiatric disorder (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder) as diagnosed by a specialist Taking mood-stabilizing or antipsychotic medications that directly affect brain waves Having a concussion or neurological disease that impairs brain function Recent experience of a severe crisis (such as death of a loved one or divorce) that may affect the outcome of the intervention Having a history of drug or alcohol use in the past six months
