Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with temporomandibular disorder People with vitamin D deficiency Consent to participate in the study Above 18 years old Literacy is at least a diploma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking vitamin supplements Patients in need for temporomandibular disorder treatment History of rickets History of osteoporosis History of malignancy Endocrine disorders Patients with chronic pain disorders and fibromyalgia Patients with malabsorption Pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
Severity of temporomandibular disorders based on the Fonseca questionnaire. Timepoint: Examining the severity of temporomandibular disorders before intervention and 3 months after completion of intervention. Method of measurement: Fonseca questionnaire.
