Inclusion criteria: People with bruxism consent to participate in the study Above 18 years old Literacy is at least a diploma People with vitamin D deficiency

Exclusion criteria: Taking vitamin supplements History of rickets History of osteoporosis History of malignancy illiterate patients Patients with chronic pain disorders and fibromyalgia Patients with malabsorption pregnant women patients with Neuromuscular diseases patients with rheumatoid arthritis

MeasureTime frame
The intensity of bruxism by completing the questionnaire. Timepoint: Examining bruxism severity at the beginning of the study and then three months later. Method of measurement: Bruxism severity classification questionnaire.
