18 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All people over the age of 18 and under the age of 76 No history of addiction or drug use No history of addiction or use of painkillers. No history of rheumatological (musculoskeletal) diseases Non-sensitivity to the study drug and anesthetic drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in research Inability to assess pain level Allergy to study drugs and anesthetics Morbid obesity (body mass index > 45)

MeasureTime frame
Lvel of pain based on Numeric Rating Scale. Timepoint: After surgery. Method of measurement: Numeric Rating Scale.

Respiratory adequacy based on arterial blood gas analysis. Timepoint: After open heart surgery. Method of measurement: Analysis based on arterial blood gas testing.
