Intervention 1: Intervention group: The 20-minute video of the peers' experiences will be played to them on an ASUS laptop with a 13-inch monitor in the room where they are hospitalized, on the table

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients awaiting coronary artery bypass surgery referred to Rouhani Hospital. First experience of any cardiovascular surgery. Same treating physician for all patients in the control, intervention, and peer groups. Interest and consent to participate in the study. No history of anxiety or psychological problems based on the patient's medical record. No hearing or vision impairment that would prevent proper understanding of the video, based on self-report. Ability to communicate verbally. No use of medications that affect fear and anxiety based on the patient's medical record. Obtaining a minimum anxiety score of 20 from the Spielberger Situational Anxiety Inventory.
