Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 5-15 years old Primary Enuresis Normal Kidneys and Urinary tracts Ultrasound Normal Serum creatinine Parental consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diurnal Urinary symptom Bladder dysfunction Secondary Enuresis Absence of Diabetes Mellitus, Liver Cirrhosis, Obesity, congenital Heart diseases, Hematologic disorders, Infection, Adenoid Medication use in the past month Sleep disorders Brain disorders, Autism, ADHD, Seizures Diabetes Insipidus

Bedwetting frequency. Timepoint: Bedwetting frequency before intervention and at the final two weeks of study. Method of measurement: Bedwetting check list.
