Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being diagnosed with stable heart failure with reduced ejection fraction or class II and III for at least 6 months Being married Having only one spouse Being 18 to 65 years old Not diagnosed with mental illnesses or acute cognitive disorders No obstacles to sexual intercourse in patients and their spouses Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in Persian Access to the internet and a smartphone and the ability to use it Willingness to participate in the study Able to hear and see Not participating in similar educational programs No sexual dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being diagnosed with stable heart failure with reduced ejection fraction or class II and III for less than 6 months Not being married Having more than one spouse Being under 18 and over 65 years old Diagnosed with mental illnesses and acute cognitive disorders Having an obstacle to sexual intercourse in patients and their spouses Inability to understand, speak, read, and write in Persian Not access to the internet and a smartphone and the inability to use it Unwillingness to participate in the study Inability to hear and see Participation in similar educational programs Having sexual dysfunction

MeasureTime frame
The fatigue scores of patients and their spouses in Smets' multidimensional fatigue inventory. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Smets' multidimensional fatigue inventory (MFI).;Mean scores of sexual satisfaction of patients and their spouses from the Hudson's index of sexual satisfaction. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Hudson's index of sexual satisfaction.
