Joint status score based on visual analog scale and juvenile arthritis disease activity score. Timepoint: Clinical and laboratory status assessment at the initial visit and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale, Juvenile Arthritis Disease Activity Score.

Joint condition in clinical and laboratory examination. Timepoint: Clinical examination and laboratory tests at the initial visit and one month after the intervention in the intervention and control groups.
