Inclusion criteria: Being a medical student (second year and above) Informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Obvious mental, physical, or cognitive disorders Use of psychoactive drugs Emotional crisis in the past 6 months (death of a loved one)
