Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 50 years with first-time mild, well-controlled asthma with normal spirometry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe asthma and patients who have previously been treated Fever Hemoptysis Uncontrolled blood pressure, systolic pressure of at least 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure of at least 90 mmHg Having an upper or lower respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks prior to the start of the study Pregnancy Having glaucoma Cardiovascular problems including heart failure or valve disease Urinary, prostate, or kidney problems History of neurological and psychiatric diseases and use of neuropsychiatric medications.

MeasureTime frame
Spirometry indices. Timepoint: Spirometry indices will be measured 15 minutes after taking the medication. Method of measurement: Spirometry device.
