Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized in high risk section Premature rupture of membranes Weeks 28 to 32 of pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Twin pregnancy Previous administration of magnesium sulfate Suspected chorioamnionitis
