Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 28 years. No history of cardiovascular or respiratory disease. Their weight gain was not related to hypothyroidism. No history of illness or any physical or orthopedic injury that would interfere with exercise. No participation in regular exercise activities in the past three months (and no history of exercise or calorie restriction). Subjects had not recently followed a special diet and had maintained a relatively stable weight for the past six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of endocrine disorders or genetic syndromes; Use of other chronic cardiovascular diseases; medications that can affect growth, nutritional status, or diet. specific medications in the three months prior to the study: medications that affect heart rate, metabolism, and body weight, such as medications related to diabetes or thyroid diseases, antidepressants, anti-inflammatory, hormonal medications
