Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teaching at school while studying No previous surgeries on the neck and larynx Absence of hormonal disorders Not entering menopause No smoking, alcohol or any drugs Not taking drugs affecting the voice and larynx Age less than 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to continue treatment The occurrence of any disease that does not allow the continuation of the treatment process or affects the function of the larynx or the condition of the person's voice. Previous history of voice therapy

MeasureTime frame
The quality of the teachers' voice, which is measured by various criteria such as auditory perception evaluation and frequency and sound intensity and pain intensity in this study, is considered as the result of this study. Timepoint: One week before the start of the first treatment session and one week after the last treatment session. Method of measurement: Praat software, Persian version of Consensus Auditory-Perceptual Evaluation of Voice (CAPE-V), Acoustic assessment of voice, Vocal Tract Discomfort Scale (VTD), The Voice-Related Pain Scale (VRPS), Assessment of vocal fatigue.
