Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perceived stress >28 BMI<22 BMI Normal participate to all sessions No history of meditation No history of treatment of hormonal disorders, psychological disorders No history of smoking, alcohol, substance abuse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking medication for treatment of hormonal disorders or psychological problems
