Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with unilateral ovarian endometriosis ?Aged between 18 and 40 years Menstrual cycles AMH levels above 0.5 ng/mL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Women in established menopause Women with known genetic causes for DOR Women with secondary causes of infertility such as recurrent pelvic infections, previous ovarian surgery, history of chemotherapy, acute or chronic endometriosis, and endometritis

MeasureTime frame
Ovarian reserve (AMH). Timepoint: Before surgery and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: AMH levels will be measured using a kit.
