20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Every PCO patient (20-40 years old) based on the Rotterdam criteria, who has a history of infertility for tow year normal PRL and TSH no underlying heart, liver, or kidney disease BMI between 18-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women with one ovary uterine problems such as fibroids, septum history of ovarian surgery endometrioma male factor infertility

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The number and size of follicles after drug administration. Timepoint: The day of the cycle start, the day of starting gonadotropins, and also the day of GNRH antagonist administration. Method of measurement: Ultrasound.

Secondary

Endometrial Thickness. Timepoint: The day of the cycle start, the day of starting gonadotropins, and also the day of GNRH antagonist administration. Method of measurement: Ultrasound.
