Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Premature infants born before 37 weeks of gestation The infant must have demonstrated hemodynamic stability over the past 24 hours, with no documented episodes of arterial oxygen desaturation, apnea, bradycardia, or hypotension Eligibility for oral feeding must be confirmed through a written order by the attending physician The infant must not have congenital anomalies such as craniofacial abnormalities, cleft lip and palate, choanal atresia, tracheomalacia, or laryngomalacia. The infant must not have a diagnosis of grade III or IV intraventricular hemorrhage. Absence of neurological abnormalities such as hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and seizures No significant gastroesophageal reflux disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Infant deterioration and changes in physiological stability Nutritional intolerance before the intervention is completed Death of the baby before the intervention is completed Discharge of the infant (for medical reasons/personal consent) before the intervention is completed
