Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least one birth history Maximum of 3 children Minimum interval since last birth 6 months or more Lack of desire and motivation to have children History of birth trauma (obtaining a minimum score from the DSM-V questionnaire) Age 18-45 years No severe marital conflicts (according to the individual's own statements) Iranian nationality Having a spouse (participant must be married and living with his/her spouse at the time of the study) • No history of mental illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having an intellectual disability Having sexual dysfunction Having an underlying disease that prevents pregnancy Missing more than two sessions Having an unfortunate and stressful event during the study Having a physical disability or severe and debilitating mental disorder during the sessions Incomplete response to questionnaires Lack of necessary cooperation with the researcher Death or hospitalization of the mother
