Conditions

Patellfemoral pain syndrome is commonly occur in athletes and sports man, after the young age age. Patient experiencing anterior knee pain and retro patellar pain with decreased range of motion of knee joint. It also occur in knee osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, chondromalacia patella.. disease of musculoskeletal and connective tissues

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Weight bearing Exercises will performed on that group. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: Weight bearing exercises with Kinesio Taping will be applied.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Genders Age: 15-30 PFPS undiagnosed patients Ant and retro patellar knee pain Presence of pain on palpation Duration of symptoms more than 6 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of knee injury & surgery Patient with miniscal injury Recent fracture Knee cap dislocation Patellar instability Knee effusion
