Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient hospitalized in the intensive care unit for less than 3 days Have a pupillary reflex upon admission to the intensive care unit Patient with head trauma (cerebral hematomas and other injuries except diffuse axonal injury Patient's hemodynamic status in terms of water and electrolytes is stable and this condition is confirmed by the treating physician No hearing loss and no dressing in the ear area No skin disorder in the area of ??tactile stimulation No history of delirium, dementia, or hospitalization in a mental hospital Patient's level of consciousness is between 8 and 10 (according to the Glasgow Coma Scale) and is able to respond to painful stimuli Age between 18 and 65 years Patient is not intubated Informed consent to participate in the study by the patient's family The person conducting the visit (father, mother, spouse, child, sibling) must be the main caregiver of the family and over 18 years of age No history of delirium, dementia, or hospitalization in a mental hospital Must be literate

The effect of family-centered multisensory stimulation on the level of consciousness of patients admitted to the intensive care unit. Timepoint: Measurement of the level of consciousness 5 minutes before the intervention and 30 minutes after it for 6 consecutive days. Method of measurement: Glasgow Coma Scale.;The effect of family-centered multisensory stimulation on the psychological stress of caregivers of patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit. Timepoint: On the first day before the intervention and at the end of the sixth day after the intervention. Method of measurement: Kessler Psychological Questionnaire.
