Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants must be individuals who are engaged in overhead sports activities. 2) Participants must be between 18 and 25 years of age. 3) All participants in the two intervention and control groups must be equal and matched in terms of number, gender (female or male), and age range. 4) Participants must be healthy individuals who engage in overhead activities for at least 3 hours per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of orthopedic surgery of the upper limb, lower limb, or spine, a report of pain from upper limb, lower and spine that interfered with the athlete's sports activity within 6 months prior to the start of the study.
