Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Implant placed between two healthy teeth Implant succession after 3 month of first surgery and 1 month of second surgery No radiolucency around fixture in radiographs No bleeding on probing or pus in gingiva No bone recession from implant platform in radiographs Osstell ISQ test more than 60 No pathology in gingiva No gingival graft procedure done before or after implant placement Minimum 2mm attached gingiva from implant platform Gingival height between 1-5 mm Patient compliance and good oral hygiene No pain or discomfort after surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Poorly controlled chronic and systemic diseases History of radio/chemotherapy in recent 6 months Inappropriate implant site and angulation Poorly controlled periodontal disease Heavy smoker patients Consuming medications with gingival overgrowth (Amelodipine, Cyclocporine, ...)
