Inclusion criteria: Healthy subject with no systemic disease Subject diagnosed for extraction of lower 1st. Molar

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic Cardio-vascular disease Patients with infectious diseases Patients allergic to local anesthetic drug Pregnant ladies
