Intervention 1: Intervention group:People who have received 300 units/kg of Eprex per week, a maximum dose of two to 10,000 per week, for the past three months, and whose hemoglobin is still below 10,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (age 18 and older) Have received erythropoietin at a maximum dose of 10,000 Their hemoglobin is below 10. Patients who have been on maintenance dialysis for at least three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dialysis patients who have had Pack cell had an infection within the past three months
