Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 years and 70 years Discharge fraction more than 30% Non-emergency open heart surgery patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable hemodynamics requiring support Prolonging the time of mechanical ventilation (more than 24 hours) Back to the operating room
